At REM5, we are big believers in VR as the next computing platform and think the technology has the potential to change the way we work, play, learn, and socialize. As part of our greater mission of bringing VR to the masses, we are focused on using VR as an educational tool - after all, VR does bring the "Magic School Bus" to life. REM5 Youth Innovation Lab

To make REM5 and VR as accessible as possible, we launched the REM5 YOUTH INNOVATION LAB. The mission is simple; educate and engage in abstract discussion with the youth about immersive technology like VR, AR, and 360 video. We typically host the LAB the first Saturday of every month. Date: Typically 1st Saturday of Every Month Time: 10:30 - 11:15am Ages: 7 to 15 years old Cost: FREE Agenda: VR 101 & Content Spotlight To sign up, please click the link below and send us an email with your child(s) name and age. We are limiting to 15 spots, first come, first served. No experience or preparation needed, just fun and casual discussion about immersive technology led by REM5's industry experts. Please have a parent/guardian sign a waiver in advance if they would like to participate in any demos. |
