Congratulations on signing up for our Founding Membership. Our membership program is aimed to reward our loyal customers both with some financial incentives and exclusive access to the future of VR technology and content. We're excited you joined REM5's members and look forward to fostering an increasingly thriving local VR community! 

You will receive an email shortly with a receipt of payment and another email with some more member information from us, including the latest member content. 

If you ever want to change your membership status or change a credit card, below are the links to do so. Registering for InstaPayments isn't a requirement -- you can use the third link below to change cards without registering -- but it makes logging in and making changes quick and easy.

As a reminder, here's what membership means at REM5:

Member Benefits -
  1. Your 1st hour of VR (1 pod) is always $30 (regular price is $60) per visit; no limit to the number of visits per month. Non-members may join you in your pod. 
  2. 10% off all non-VR items, including food, beverage & swag. This can be used with accompanying non-members in your pod, but may not be used on top of other packages.
  3. Exclusive access to a monthly, Member-Only event at REM5 where were will showcase new VR experiences and hardware. 
  4. Preferred access to new hardware and content. For example, we are rolling out wireless in a few pods right now and members will have preferred access with no additional charge. 
Price - $30 per month:
  • Payback in the 1st hour of VR each month.
  • 3-month minimum commitment.
  • Option to pay for a full year membership for $300, aka 2 months free. 
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is there a special reservation process for members? 
A: No, you can use our normal reservation process, just note *MEMBER* in the Group Name field of your reservation. 

Q: How many people get member benefits in my group? 
A: The people in a member's pod get all discounts. 

Q: Where do I get this awesome bracelet? 
A: Next time you're at REM5 we'll give you your member bracelet. Note: The bracelet is great, but we'll still check member names when you check-in. 

Q: Can I bring friends? 
A: You can absolutely bring friends. But your VR discount is for one pod per member. 

Q: Does the member have to be there to use the discount or can I send a brother/sister/mother/father/friend/etc? 
A: The REM5 member has to be present to get discounts. Right now, we don't have a family/group membership option, but we'll consider that in the future if there's demand. 

Q: Is the discount on top of package discounts? 
A: Your member discount (10%) can't be used on top of package discounts. But it is cheaper to buy food and bev a la carte with the VR and food & bev discount than to buy a package.

Q: Can I use my membership at corporate events?
